Operations Manager - Job Description:

Tri:State Adjustments, Inc. has provided debt collection services for over 25 years primarily to the Healthcare industry with a focus in the Midwest. We are seeking an energetic, motivated Operations Manager to continue to grow the company, while working closely with the Management Team. Candidate will be located in the Greater La Crosse, Wisconsin area. Knowledge of collection industry is a plus, but is NOT necessary. Job Functions: Coordination and Supervision : Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments within the organization. Best Practices : Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Human Resources : Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance. Production : Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in the collection process. Monitor performance and implement. Ensure quality of products/service. Analyze quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary. Communication Ensure the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Collectors and Finance by facilitating the coordination and communication between support functions. Support Sales and Marketing Activities : Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to ensure support is in place, metrics are available and analyzed, and open line of communication exists to ensure all departments are aware of changes and ready to implement solutions. Strategic Input : Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
